Cobblestone Park, a 27-hole golf course located in Blythewood, S.C., debuted a brand new 28,000 square foot clubhouse in 2015. The clubhouse, which is also used for events and weddings, was voted one of the top four new clubhouse designs of the year.
Quality Electric of the Coastal Carolinas, Inc. served as the electrical contractor for the clubhouse. The work was completed under budget and within the set timeline.
Electricians installed hundreds of interior and exterior lights from decorative chandeliers to landscape lighting. On the interior, LED dimmable lights were used throughout.
Quality Electric also installed power, with 2,500-amp service and handled all of the electrical needs of the full-blown commercial kitchen. A commercial fire alarm was also installed.
What made this project unique
Cobblestone Park is the home course for the University of South Carolina Gamecocks golf teams. On many occasions, crews saw Head Football Coach Steve Spurrier on the course.
